A native of Vero Beach, Florida, Louis graduated from Florida State University with a major in insurance and real estate. He developed and manages his own financial services company, which includes insurance, securities and real estate.

With over 36 years experience counseling for insurance exposures, Bob achieved professional recognition by obtaining his Chartered Life Underwriters designation (CLU). He has served as President of the Life Underwriters Association and the Space Coast Chapter of the CLU's. He has been an "Extra Sales Achiever" for Schlitt Insurance Services for the past five years. Bob also has his Securities License as a Financial Advisor.

Chris began his career in 1970 as a life agent with Mutual of New York (MONY). Through the years he became skilled in Business, Estate and Personal Financial planning. Chris has owned his own insurance brokerage firm and has also served as one of the countries top financial planners for IDS/American Express. He is presently manager of the Life Department at Schlitt Services and continues to assist and service his clientele in an efficient and professional manner.

Mike Tupek, LUTCF, FICF

Mike has advised many clients in the area of life, annuities, health and disability benefits as well as providing personal service, since 1980. Having remained current with the advancement and changes in the industry through continuing education courses, and earning the designations of FICF (Fraternal Insurance Counselor Fellow) and LUTC (Life Underwriting Training Council). Mike is a member of National Life Underwriters and Indian River County Life Underwriters. He attended Penn State University having also completed Dale Carnegie Sales courses, effective speaking and human relations.

 Terrie Franco

Terrie Franco grew up in Tallahassee and attended Florida State University. Upon completion of her education, she moved to New England and in 1983 established her own property/casualty insurance agency in North Conway, New Hampshire. She was the second member of the organization now known as SIAA, a network for independent insurance agents, and worked with them for twenty years. In 2002 she sold her agency and returned to Florida. She is the Recruiter for InsurCorp, a master agency of SIAA, and its insurance network.

 Lynn Williams, AAI

Lynn Williams joined Schlitt Services in 1984 and became a licensed agent in 1994. She has completed numerous insurance courses over the years and has also received her Accredited Advisor of Insurance designation. She regularly attends continuing education courses. Lynn is an expert in providing personal and commercial insurance coverage and services.

 Liz Phillips

Liz Phillips has been in the insurance industry since 1980. Her insurance education began at the New Orleans Insurance Institute in 1981, and is continually being updated. She has been with Schlitt Services since 1994 and, as a licensed counselor, enjoys helping people with their insurance needs. Her specialty is Personal Lines Insurance: residential property, boats, and personal automobiles. Also knowledgeable in Commercial Business, and Life and Health Insurance, she became a member of Indian River Life Underwriting Association in 1997.

Jennifer Cole

Jennifer joined Schlitt Services after working for an agency in West Palm Beach, Florida. She has attained her Certified Professional Services Representative license and is enrolled in several insurance classes to advance her career in the insurance field.
